Research

ECMIT emphasises the importance of faculty research and consultancy. The nature of research conducted by the faculty contributes to the theoretical advancement, and also leads to the development of excellent management practice. The ECMIT faculty collaborates with leaders, and eminent academics, and practicing managers from both within and outside the UAE. Such collaborations have resulted in more than 30 peer-reviewed journal articles, conference proceedings, and case studies  being published by the faculty.  Some of the areas where faculty have been actively conducting research are Project Management, Organizational Behaviour, Marketing & Sales, and Finance. We strongly believe that teaching and research are inextricably linked to one another. Faculty are encouraged to take their research into the classrooms that would enhance the teaching experience for the students.
